1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph578 ("ph578," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph578 online gaming platform, accessible at ph578.net and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as established under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts on the ph578 Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph578 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph578 Platform or any other online gaming platform operated by ph578 or its affiliates.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

ph578 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph578 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one ph578 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ph578 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• KYC verification: ph578 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID).
• Account activity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph578 will notify you before applying any dormancy policy to your account.

ph578 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph578 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• ph578 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your ph578 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph578 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ph578 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph578 may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.
• ph578 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• ph578 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ph578 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph578 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• ph578 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where possible, ph578 will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to ongoing promotions.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may not contribute to wagering requirements.
• ph578 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other forms of bonus abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

ph578 offers a range of online casino games, sports betting markets, and other gaming products. The following terms apply to all games and betting activities on the ph578 Platform:

• All casino games offered on ph578 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by ph578 or any third party.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game providers. The rules applicable to each live dealer game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Results are determined based on official sources and, where applicable, the rulings of the relevant sporting body.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet, ph578 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. ph578 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Game outcomes that have been completed and settled are final. ph578 will only reverse a settled result in cases of demonstrable technical error or where required by applicable law or regulation.
• ph578 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph578 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ph578 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using the ph578 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. ph578 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph578 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to disguise your true location.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph578 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of ph578 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph578 Platform without the prior written consent of ph578.
• The ph578 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph578. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of ph578.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ph578 regarding the Platform may be used by ph578 without restriction or compensation to you.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

ph578 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ph578.net/privacy-policy. By using the ph578 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• ph578 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• ph578 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond ph578's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Platform, including odds, game results, and promotional information.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph578's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph578's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph578 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination and Account Closure

Either you or ph578 may terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your ph578 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Termination by ph578: ph578 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if ph578 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph578 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph578 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph578 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
